Do you charge for Delivery?

We charge £7.50 per parcel for tracked delivery, or you may choose to collect your order for local orders. Our goal is to provide you with a convenient and efficient delivery option that meets your needs.


What is the lead time for a Customised Order?

The lead time for a customised order can vary depending on the size of the order. For smaller orders, typically below 150 units, the lead time is 8 working days.

For larger orders, the lead time may be longer due to the increased complexity and production time required. Our team will provide you with an estimated lead time at the time of ordering, and we will keep you informed throughout the production process to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and satisfactory manner. 


How can I pay for my Order?

We offer multiple payment options, including online payments or bank transfer. If you plan to make frequent purchases, you may apply for a trade account for a streamlined payment process. Please note that payment is required before your order can be processed. 


What format do you accept for my artwork?

We accept a variety of file formats for artwork, including PNG, JPEG, EMF, AI, PSD, and EPS. Please note that all artwork will be converted to be compatible with our machines. This process incurs a £12.50 + VAT set-up fee. If you have any questions about which file format would be best for your artwork, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.


Can I get samples before I place my order?

For large orders, please contact our team for more information on our sample policy. We understand that it can be important to see and feel a product before making a large purchase, and we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service.

Depending on the nature of your order, we may be able to provide samples to help you make an informed decision before placing your order. Can I return my items?
